A snowflake is one of God’s most fragile creations, but look what they can do when they stick together!
(Matthew 18:19-20 KJV) 19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. 20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
From Bro Leroy: LBC Family Night is tonight at 5:00 pm. I am so looking forward to tonight as we just sit down in an informal way and talk about our Ministries at LBC. Do you have to be a member of LBC to attend … no, if you are attending LBC, then we consider you a part of our Family. I have asked each ministry leader to share about their ministry with us. We will also have a time where you can ask me and others about our Ministries. Sheila and I are going to have some light desserts, coffee, and other drinks for everyone.
Beverly Latham has just shared with me that her and her coworkers are putting together a care package for the 5th group teams left in Syria next Friday. These are the same teams that were involved in the suicide bombing that recently killed 4 US soldiers including one from Ft. Campbell. Mail cut off is Feb 15th and won’t be able to get anything until June. They requested gummy bears, beef jerky, and other small snack and letters of encouragement and prayers would be grateful. Let’s join them in helping out with this to make sure they get as much as possible to encourage them and let them know we are thankful and praying for them. Deadline for bringing these items will be next Wednesday night (30th)
