Dear Awesome Church Family, After hearing from the governor, the deacons and I have recommended the following:
In order for us to have the fullest effect of worship we will be moving our worship service to our parking for two weeks (May 31st & June 7th), then our worship will move back to our sanctuary.
Gary Parker and Debby Tucker are working hard to make this a wonderful worship experience for everyone. Gary will have speakers set up so that everyone will be able to hear and Debby is working on the music and I will be bringing a message.
If the weather prohibits us from worshiping in the parking lot, we will cancel services for that day. We will notify everyone like we do on a a bad weather day as we have in the past.
Again, our first service will be Sunday, May 31st at 9:30 AM
There will be no Sunday School
Everyone please bring your own chairs.
Offering plates will be maned at the exit of the parking lot for people to put their offerings in.
A Facebook post of our Sunday morning service will be posted on my Facebook site.
There will be no Sunday Night Bible Study
No in person Wednesday Night Bible Study … Bro. Leroy will continue to do a Facebook sermon on Wednesday nights
Looking forward to seeing everyone Sunday, May 31st at 9:30 AM. We are asking everyone to try and park in the overflow parking as to give as much room as possible for sitting. If you need someone to park your car for you, we will have someone there for you.
